For purchases off of our website, we
accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover cards. We also will accept orders
via telephone at 330-629-9056, or print our
downloadable
PDF order form and fax it to 330-629-9861.
After
ordering you will receive an e-mail confirmation
with your order and expected ship date.
Please allow 3-4 weeks before receiving your
order. However, depending on stock your order
may be shipped earlier. |

If you would like to get a gift certificate,
please email customer support at info@palooutdoors.com
and give your name, address, contact info,
amount of gift and payment option.

| Returns
and Exchanges |
Returns
and exchanges will only be accepted on merchandise
purchased at 2WearGear.com up to 30 days
after purchase. Any defective products maybe
be returned or exchanged at customers shipping
expense within same 30 day guarantee. Items
purchased from one of our dealers are to be
returned back to that particular store.
2Wear Apparel will credit or exchange merchandise
that is defective in any way.
Adhere a mailing label onto the outside of the
return package to us at 730 Bev Rd. Unit 1,
Boardman, OH 44512. Please send UPS, FedEx or
US Post Office. No COD's will be accepted. No
additional outbound freight will be incurred
on exchanges.
Original freight will not be credited on merchandise
that is NOT defective.
If you are exchanging for products of greater
value, please provide your credit card information
with your return.
Please allow 30 days for credits to be processed
against your credit card.

will be notified within 48 hours if an item
you have ordered is out of stock. We apologize
if this happens; some items may be discontinued
at any point in time at 2Wear Apparel’s
discretion.
A customer service rep will contact you and
advise you of the wait time for the item that
is backordered. You have the option to keep
or cancel the order at that point in time. |
